Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from MSMEBOT, a product of Harsh Analytical Solutions LLP.

Disconnect WhatsApp

  1. Sign in to MSMEBOT Marketing.
  2. Go to Channels → WhatsApp.
  3. Remove the WhatsApp number.

We delete the stored WhatsApp access token immediately and stop sending or receiving messages for that number. You can also remove MSMEBOT from your Facebook account: Settings → Business Integrations → MSMEBOT → Remove.

Delete contacts, campaigns and messages

Delete them from inside the app: Contacts, Campaigns, Templates and Inbox. An admin can download a backup first from Settings → Backup.

Delete your whole account

Email support@msmebot.comfrom your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 3 business days and delete your data within 30 days. We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
