Pricing questions
Do I have to buy every system?+
No. Each system is priced and billed on its own. Most teams start with one and add the others later once it's rolled out. There's no requirement to take more than what you need.
Is WhatsApp notification cost included?+
No. WhatsApp notification costs are not included with the subscription. Whether you use our default channel or connect your own official WhatsApp Business API (WABA) channel, per-message charges apply separately.
Can I add a second system later, or cancel one?+
Yes. Add another system, or cancel any single system at any time from your billing dashboard, independent of your other systems. All systems are billed annually.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?+
Self-serve onboarding is included on every system. Enterprise customers get a dedicated onboarding and data migration package, ask us for details.
